The primary objective of the role is to drive sales by following up with leads in an effort to build on the company's direct sell approach. The inside technical sales rep will respond and reach out to the world's leading contractors, designers, and architectural firms who work on cutting edge high-profile residential and commercial projects. So the inside sales person must be hyper-motivated, and exceptionally talented at connecting with key organizational leaders to engage and articulate Acucraft's unique competitive advantages! The ability to communicate in a descriptive manner and persuade purchase decisions through phone and e-mail is a must. Our inside sales team must be comfortable working independently and in teams as needed.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Learn all of Acucraft's product offerings
  • Answer phones, listen well, and provide relevant feedback
  • Qualify clients & begin advising product & service solutions
  • Describe Acucraft's unique competitive advantages
  • Provide customers with detailed descriptions, recommendations, & product pricing
  • Intimately understand the mechanical workings of the products so you can explain it well to others via phone and e-mail
  • Complete documentation and database reporting of sales communications
  • Obtain financial commitments from clients, as well as introducing them to other departments
  • Coordinate post sale with support staff & design team regarding client expectations
  • Develop & grow new business & partnerships
  • Administrative tasks including, but not limited to: e-mailing product information/brochures to clients and maintenance of reporting/database systems
  • Assist training of other sales associates
  • Help sales support staff and other departments as needed
  • Other duties as needed by management

  • Bachelor Degree favored Some College Must
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience, direct sales a plus
